We supply Honduran and Central American green coffee, from high-quality commercial lots to specialty microlots, offering a range of profiles to suit different roasting programs. Our sourcing is relationship-driven, built through long-standing family connections and direct engagement with growers, cooperatives, and trusted exporters.
Our coffees are grown between 1000 and 1900 masl, with most farms located between 1200 and 1600 masl. This varied topography allows for a long harvest season, running from November through to April, and supports a diverse range of cup profiles.
We offer HG and SHG coffees including Parainema, Catuai, Lempira, Obata and Bourbon, alongside premium microlots such as Gesha. Each lot is supported by clear information on profile, varietal, process and origin, and may include certifications such as Fair Trade Organic and Rainforest Alliance, depending on the lot.
